CONTINGENCY RECRUITMENT
A traditional, no-placement-no-fee recruitment model.
While our primary service is our end-to-end recruitment partnership, we understand that some organisations occasionally require a traditional contingency-based approach for straightforward hiring needs.
Our contingency service operates on a no hire, no fee basis, with fees set at a minimum of 24% of annual salary. We provide the same professional, transparent service and candidate experience across all our models.
