WHAT IS CONTINGENCY RECRUITMENT

Contingency recruitment is our traditional no hire no fee service. When you have a permanent or contract vacancy, you brief us on the role and we source candidates who meet your required skills, experience and criteria.

There are no upfront costs. Our fee is only payable when we successfully place a candidate with you. Fees start at 24 percent of the first year’s remuneration.

This option is ideal for:

  • One off or replacement hires
  • Straightforward roles where partnership support is not required
  • Short term needs when you do not have internal capacity
  • Businesses who prefer a traditional recruitment model
